This Privacy Policy explains how ALTINA LIVINGS (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you browse our website, submit enquiry forms, request a callback/site visit, download brochures, subscribe to updates, or apply for access to the ALTINA partner network and CRM.

You can browse without accepting optional analytics cookies. When you submit an enquiry, the form explains the contact permission requested to respond to you.

• Contact details — name, phone, email where requested, and any message you send.
• Lead context — project of interest, mode (callback, brochure, visit, contact, subscribe), preferred time/date for visits (if provided).
• Partner application details — company or firm name, primary city, experience, RERA registration number if provided, application status, review notes, consent record, and any information you include with the application.
• Traffic & attribution — UTM parameters, referrer, session identifiers (e.g., GA client ID), device information, approximate location (city/country), collected via analytics (see Cookies below).

• To respond to enquiries, arrange site visits, and share brochures or pricing.
• To connect you with projects by developers such as DLF, Sobha, Godrej, M3M.
• To improve our website and measure campaign performance (analytics).
• To send service or marketing communications where you have provided consent.
• To review partner applications, verify eligibility, prevent abuse, and invite approved applicants to the CRM.

Legal bases may include consent, performance of a contract, and legitimate interests (advisory & operations).

An enquiry asks Altina to contact you by phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp to respond to your requirement and discuss suitable property options. We use Google Analytics 4 and advertising pixels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) to understand site usage and measure conversions when you accept optional analytics and advertising technologies. We retain enquiry and partner-application records only for as long as necessary to respond, complete onboarding, operate the relationship, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Approved partner account data may be retained while the account or commercial relationship remains active. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information; however, no method is 100% secure.
