Pre-launch is the soft launch with limited inventory at the lowest price. New launch is the full public launch with all inventory open. Each phase typically sees 5–8% price escalation.

Yes, when you book through a RERA-registered project from a credible developer. Most new launches use a Construction-Linked Plan (CLP): 10–15% on booking, 10% on agreement (within 60 days), then 5–10% milestones tied to construction stages over 3–4 years. Some projects offer Subvention Plans (developer pays interest until possession) or Down Payment Plans (5–8% discount for full upfront payment).
