ALTINA.™ LIVINGS. is a RERA-registered real estate channel partner serving Delhi NCR — covering Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida, New Delhi, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad. Founded in September 2025, ALTINA represents India's top developers including DLF, SOBHA, M3M, Godrej, Smartworld, Signature Global, Emaar, Elan, and Tatafor premium residential and commercial inventory. ALTINA holds RERA registration in three states (HARERA, UPRERA, DL-RERA) — a tri-state credential held by very few brokers in the region — and offers buyer-side advisory at zero brokerage, compensated entirely by developers.

NRIs receive complete advisory including Power of Attorney, FEMA compliance, and remote video booking.

Every project on our shortlist is independently verified for current RERA registration before recommending. We display the RERA number on every project page so buyers can cross-check at the regulator's website.
Direct Developer Authorization
We hold direct channel-partner authorization from India's top developers — DLF, SOBHA, M3M, Godrej, Smartworld, Signature Global, Emaar, Elan, Tata, Jaypee and others. Our pricing is developer-direct with zero markup; in many cases we pass on additional offers (GST waivers, parking, club waivers) negotiated at the channel-partner tier.
End-to-End Process
Brochure delivery, curated shortlists, site-visit coordination, EOI / booking paperwork, payment-schedule guidance, home-loan tie-up (HDFC, SBI, ICICI, Axis preferential rates), and post-booking support through possession.
NRI & Remote Buyer Advisory
Complete NRI service — Power of Attorney coordination, FEMA compliance documentation, repatriation guidance, video site walks, and remote booking via secure document exchange. We work with NRI buyers across the US, UK, UAE, Singapore, and Canada.
Zero Buyer Brokerage
Our entire compensation comes from the developer, not the buyer. Buyers receive the same or better pricing than booking direct, with the added benefit of developer-tier negotiation and our independent shortlist guidance.
