How to Compare the Projects

Do not compare Godrej projects only by headline ticket size. Start with the city and lifestyle fit, then compare the specific RERA registration, carpet area, tower, floor, view, parking, club access, possession disclosure, payment plan and cancellation terms.   • Godrej Arden, Greater Noida: verify UP-RERA UPRERAPRJ250823/04/2025, tower, carpet area and payment terms.
  • Godrej Golf Links township: ACE/Godrej Golf Links public RERA references include UPRERAPRJ16712, UPRERAPRJ2126, UPRERAPRJ151, UPRERAPRJ2373 and UPRERAPRJ13203 for different phases. Match the exact villa, suite or apartment to its phase before purchase.

Price List, Floor Plan and Payment Plan

Godrej price-list and payment-plan discussions change by project, tower, floor, offer window and inventory stage. Treat public prices as indicative and subject to change. Ask for a written cost sheet separating base price, GST, parking, club charges, IFMS, maintenance deposits, PLC, stamp duty, registration and any offer conditions.
