Launch, allotment and inventory status

HARERA showed the Nature's Court I registration as approved with a certificate uploaded at the check time. Current allotment and unit availability are on request and must be confirmed through a written developer offer matched to the exact unit and registration.

Price list and payment plan

Request a dated written cost sheet that separates base price, applicable taxes, PLC, parking, club or IFMS charges, maintenance deposits, stamp duty, registration and offer conditions. A payment plan must identify the same project, phase, tower and unit; confirm cancellation, delayed-payment and transfer terms before paying any amount. Prices and availability are indicative and subject to change until confirmed in writing.

Floor-plan and document checks

Match the offered floor plan to the registered project and obtain the carpet-area disclosure, sale area, tower, floor, parking and Agreement for Sale. A different GIC-area registration is not evidence for the offered Nature's Court I unit.
